She emphasizes the importance of physical activities, setting time aside for yourself to avoid burning out, and resorting to self-care to be able to maintain a healthy balance. They share their views on taking care of your mind, body, and spirit, being set as a priority. She dives into aligning with the changes the body faces after giving birth. She talks about self-care essentials in the "coronacation". Paying attention to what your body is asking for and figuring out what works for you and what doesn't. Myriam says a mom should let her family know what she needs at the end of the episode.
